Our main focus during the design and renovation process was livability; we aimed to create a true home-away-from-home feel in this RV. The layout is perfect for a couple, the bedroom has a king-size bed, washer/dryer, and a large closet. There is also space to add sleeping in the living area if needed. This rig has four slide-outs, one of them a dedicated flex space in the living area that currently has a reading chair and a comfy space for your furry friends. We designed this area to be versatile, allowing the new owners to customize it for their needs, such as an office space, extra seating/sleeping, dog crates/beds, or extra storage.

 

This rig would make a great full-time home and could also have a great income potential if used for a short-term rental or living while you build your dream home. 

 

The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, and it even includes a dishwasher! The dishwasher-sink combo, stove, and microwave are all brand new, while the solid surface countertops that resemble soapstone are both functional and beautiful.

The new TV is mounted on an arm and positioned perfectly across from the large 100" sofa on a walnut slat wall, the peninsula has both seating for two and 2 large pull-out pantry storage cabinets. 

 

The dinette has comfortable seating for two and fantastic tall windows for great views.

The bathroom has been completely renovated and now features all-new fixtures, including the shower pan and walls, toilet, vanity with drawers, sink, and faucet.

Additionally, we detailed and resealed the exterior, the roof was recoated in 2024, there is also a brand new automatic leveling system installed. The heavy-duty tires are two years old, there is ample pass-through storage along with awning lights on the 2 awnings. The exterior has full body paint that will keep this rig looking good for years to come.
